Ministry of Infrastructure Update

Minister of Infrastructure Bob Chiarelli has released an update on the progress of Ontario’s infrastructure investments. [Click here to view online.]

The Infrastructure Update highlights how the province’s investments are building Ontario up, with projects including schools, child care spaces, hospitals and public transit.

They have also introduced a new online infrastructure tracking tool that will help the public explore and understand the wide variety and depth of investment underway: $160 billion over 12 years. [Click here to see our new website.]

Through the development of Ontario’s long-term infrastructure plan (scheduled to be tabled in the fall of 2017), the Province will ensure that Ontario remains competitive, resulting in strong communities and improved quality of life.
