Pomerleau and Gateman-Milloy Annoucements

November 23, 2016, Montreal, QC—Today’s official launch of Pomerleau’s new corporate website comes at an important moment in the company’s history. This year marks not only the 50thyear of Pomerleau’s incorporation, but also a bold move towards coast-to-coast expansion through the acquisition of Giffels Westpro. The new website’s style and navigation are a nod towards that boldness, while staying true to the roots of the company.

Pomerleau.ca has a refreshed and simplified look that is combined with enhanced content and user experience, improved search functionality and mobile device optimization allowing users to better interact with Pomerleau and its environment. The company’s diverse projects and expertise are demonstrated in this new design, created in collaboration with Locomotive.

"We are very pleased to launch our new website, especially during such a momentous year," said President and CEO Pierre Pomerleau. "Our constant push to raise the bar in construction through innovation and the use of leading-edge technology is palpable as you navigate our site."

Among new features, the site contains integrated social media for Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook in order to nurture improved communication with all Pomerleau stakeholders. Content will be constantly updated with articles, company announcements and the site will be a go-to place to learn about Pomerleau’s projects, past and present.

November 22, 2016Kitchener, ON – Gateman-Milloy celebrated the opening of a new state-of-the-art trucking terminal with its client Hyndman Transport last week. The new terminal is located at 2626 Cedar Creek Road, just off Ontario Highway 401 and Highway 97 at Exit 268 in Ayr, Ontario and provides easy access to this primary trade artery with the U.S. Gateman-Milloy was the design-build partner on the project, working closely with Hyndman from day one with site selection through the design planning and construction execution.
