NAR: Existing-home sales rise in June for Northeast and nationally

Existing-home sales increased in June to their highest pace in more than eight years, while the cumulative effect of rising demand and limited supply helped push the national median sales prices to an all-time high, according to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). In the Northeast, June existing-home sales climbed 4.3 percent to an annual rate of 720,000, and are 12.5 percent above a year ago. Learn more here.
