Syracuse, NY ranks in top five most affordable major housing markets

Syracuse, NY has ranked in the top five affordable major housing markets in the country in the second quarter of 2016, according to the most recent National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo Housing Opportunity Index (HOI).
