Rezoning plan to increase residential development in East New York being negotiated

A proposal to rezone East New York is being negotiated between Mayor Bill de Blasio and the New York City Council. The neighborhood is the first of 15 that the city plans to rezone as part of the mayor's affordable housing plan. Learn more here.
