RealtyTrac: New York State total foreclosures decrease from year-ago totals
In its U.S. Foreclosure Market Report for November 2010, which reports default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions in the month of October, RealtyTrac Inc. reported New York State had 3,823 total foreclosures, down 20.3 percent from October 2009 and up 4.23 percent from September 2010. New York State ranked number 43 of all 50 states for monthly total foreclosure filings with one in every 2,087 homes receiving a foreclosure filing. Click here to learn more. |
