Wild Birds Unlimited is partnering with Service Management Group, a global customer experience, employee engagement and brand research partner, by using SMG VisitView to capture real-time customer feedback via point-of-sale receipts and email invitations. Wild Birds Unlimited is the largest backyard bird feeding and nature franchise.


Psycho Bunny, the men’s contemporary and golf clothing brand, has announced plans to open its first U.S. retail store in Miami, Fla. The new store, scheduled to open November 2018, will go through two iterations. The first  will serve as a temporary pop-up art experience during the holiday season.The pop-up will then close for renovations and permanently reopen in early spring 2019.


Tissot, the Official Watch of the NBA, recently signed deals with the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards that designate Tissot as the Official Watch of each of these franchises, joining the brand’s existing partnerships with six other NBA teams and its status as Official Watch and Official Timekeeper of the NBA.
