As the year winds down, early December is the best time for your sales reps to really concentrate on mastering how their customers' businesses work. To help, NRMCA will offer a hands-on, newly updated workshop, CCSP Module II,Understanding Your Concrete Contractor's Business, December 5-7 in Silver Spring, MD, at the RMC Research & Education Foundation Center.
