NRMCA Trains Contractors for Pervious Concrete Projects in New Jersey

Print this Article | Send to Colleague

NRMCA Senior Director, Local Paving, Ken Justice (who's also an NRMCA-certified pervious concrete craftsman) recently taught a pervious concrete contractor training class in New Jersey. Four contractor teams were in attendance, as well as Justice's colleague Luke McHugh. Along with the 4-hour classroom session, participants placed a pervious concrete pad and sampled the various placement tools that Justice (shown here at far right, demonstrating some of that equipment) owns and uses for teaching these classes. Two of the contractors in attendance are about to start pervious concrete projects in New Jersey, including a large parking lot at Fort Dix.

If you are interested in attending or hosting (including NRMCA Producer members) a pervious concrete training session, please contact Ken Justice at kjustice@nrmca.org.
