NRMCA Members Participate in TCC Fly-In

The Transportation Construction Coalition (TCC) Fly-In took place May 15-16 in Washington, DC, with about 30 NRMCA members taking part in the annual lobbying day, including NRMCA Chairman Rodney Grogan and Immediate Past Chairman Scott Parson. Hundreds of industry professionals participated in the TCC Fly-In, lobbying for federal funding for infrastructure and a long-term fix to the Highway Trust Fund. In addition, NRMCA members lobbied on the importance of resilient construction and in opposition to the Timber Innovation Act.
Conducting visits with NRMCA Government Affairs staff were NRMCA members Hix Smith, Joe Ferrara, Andy Guinn, Hicks Winters and Kerri Leininger. The 25 visits included meetings with three U.S. senators and 10 representatives.
