Scott Pruitt Confirmed as EPA Administrator

On Friday afternoon, the U.S. Senate voted 52-46 to confirm Scott Pruitt as the next Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Pruitt previously was the Attorney General for the State of Oklahoma. We hope to have a healthy working relationship with Administrator Pruitt and the Agency during his tenure. We will articulate to Administrator Pruitt the importance of the Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) to be fully funded. It is imperative that Pest Management Professionals have all of the latest and greatest pesticide products available to them.
