Last week, Rick Keigwin was named Acting Director of the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP).  Rick takes the position previously held by Jack Housenger, who retired last week after more than 40 years of service.  Rick brings with him more than 25 years of service with EPA, where he most recently served as Deputy Office Director for Programs at OPP. Prior to his position as Deputy Director, Rick served as Director of the Pesticide Re-Evaluation (PRD) and Biological and Economic Analysis (BEAD) Divisions and held management positions within the Registration Division (RD).  NPMA congratulates Rick on his leadership at EPA and looks forward to continuing to work closely with OPP in the future.
