Prepare for the 2016 QualityPro Audit

Print Print this Article | Send to Colleague

QualityPro is the mark of excellence in pest management. Companies must earn and maintain the certification in order to use the logo and other marketing benefits. Each winter, 10% of QualityPro certified companies are randomly selected and notified of the audit. Following the notification, companies work with QualityPro to provide evidence that the standards are being met. "When I tell individuals from other industries that there is a certification they can use to hire a pest management company that has proven its professionalism, their first question is usually about how we maintain the integrity of the program. The annual audit is key to the strength of the QualityPro certification program. It assures consumers that the companies we have certified are meeting the standards," says Allison Allen, Director of Certification for QualityPro. Certified companies are encouraged to do a self-audit each year by reviewing the current standards and audit procedures at www.qualityprotools.org.
