Man wanted after stealing body armour from Richmond Hill pawn shop

York Region
A male suspect entered a pawn shop in Richmond Hill asking for help in purchasing body armour. After trying on two vests, the suspect walked out of the store when the second vest fit properly. Before leaving, the suspect told the owner to call the police.

Store burglarized during storm's chaos; 4 men charged

Four men were arrested in connection to an investigation into guns stolen from a Moultrie, GA, pawn shop. The burglars allegedly used the confusion during the aftermath of Tropical Storm Irma to break into American Pawn on First Avenue Southeast when electricity was off in much of the city, Moultrie Police Department Lt. Freddie Williams said.

Thief steals $2,000 worth of jewelry during Tropical Storm Irma

Someone broke into a West Ashley pawnshop and stole $2,000 worth of jewelry while the shop owners were dealing with the impacts of Tropical Storm Irma.

35 guns stolen from Daytona pawn shop during Hurricane Irma

The Daytona Beach News-Journal 
Two burglars entered Volusia Gold & Diamond, 536 W. International Speedway Blvd. through the air-conditioning vent and stole jewelry and a total of 35 handguns. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the National Shooting Sports Foundation are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects. Agents are offering a reward of up to $4,000, which will be matched by the foundation for a total reward of up to $8,000, according to an ATF media release.
