NG9-1-1 Institute Announces Public Safety & Telecom Policy Veteran Patrick Halley as New Executive Director

The NG9-1-1 Institute, a not-for-profit organization that supports the mission of the Congressional NextGen 9-1-1 Caucus, announces the election of Patrick Halley, Esq., as its new executive director. Halley will continue as Of Counsel to Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP, a leading Washington, D.C.-based law firm with one of the largest communications law practices in the country. 

Kim Robert Scovill, Esq., the Institute’s executive director for the past two years, recently became the D.C.-based vice president of regulatory affairs for Intrado, a leading national 9-1-1 provider. To aid a smooth transition, the Institute Board elected Scovill to the role of deputy director.
