Federal Railroad Administration Seeks Respondents for Surveys

NENA and the Federal Railroad Administration are working closely to develop new information, applications, and resources to assist both the railroad and 9-1-1 communities better deal with emergencies. If you fall into either the "Dispatcher" or "Law Enforcement Officer" job category, we request that you participate in the appropriate survey from the two listed below. We encourage you to forward to others who may be interested in participating. 

Dispatcher Survey
The Federal Railroad Administration is looking for call takers and dispatchers to complete this short (five-minute), confidential survey by September 17. Your organization’s participation in the survey will help the FRA identify both the strengths and weaknesses in training regarding railroad emergencies. Law Enforcement Officer Survey
The Federal Railroad Administration asks that all Law Enforcement Officers complete this short (five-minute), confidential survey by September 19th. Your organization’s participation in the survey will help the FRA identify both the strengths and weaknesses in Law Enforcement  training regarding railroad emergencies.
