As of March 19, 2012, Neustar will be responsible for managing and assigning non-dialable p-ANIs (Pseudo-Automatic Number Identification) out of the 211 NXX and 511 NXX on a national basis including Puerto Rico, after which no other entity previously administering or self-assigning non-dialable p-ANIs will continue to perform that function. 

 

For troubleshooting and emergency purposes, designated employees of a PSAP may register for access to the Routing Number Administration System (RNAS) to view p-ANI assignment information for the NPAs in which the PSAP operates, which will be available on March 19th.
