The following skill sets are needed for this effort: solid understanding of the ECRF/LVF & the LoST protocol, solid understanding of the NG9-1-1 GIS Data Model, knowledge of PIDF-LO and CLDXF, implemented and/or have a working knowledge of E9-1-1 ALI DBMS systems, operational background with maintaining GIS address data, PSAP systems administration, 9-1-1 Coordinators/Program Managers and other operational staff involved with assessing and maintaining MSAG/ALI/GIS records, ensuring their accuracy and keeping them in sync.
