The NENA NG9-1-1 Education and Training Working Group has updated the Interim Text-to-9-1-1 Support documents to include the operational experiences and impacts from some of the early adopters. This document is a good reference for those 9-1-1 authorities planning to implement the interim text-to-9-1-1 solution. The document will be updated with information from other early adopters, so please let the working group know if your area has implemented Text-to-9-1-1 and would like to share your experiences.
