NENA Membership Meeting & Proposed Bylaws Amendment

In accordance with NENA's bylaws, the annual Membership Meeting will be held at NENA 2014 in Nashville, TN, on Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. At the meeting, reports on the activities and financial condition of the association will be filed, and voting will take place on a proposed amendment to the association's bylaws. The quorum for the annual meeting shall be the voting-eligible members present. Each voting member shall be entitled to one vote on business brought before the assembly at the annual conference, and proxy voting will not be allowed.
