NENA 2014 Call for Papers Now Open!

Print Print this Article | Send to Colleague

Attendees of our conference are always looking for new and better ways of doing things in their professional and personal lives. Feedback from previous conferences shows that attendees expect to walk out of each breakout with key takeaways that are new and can be immediately implemented when they return to their offices.

This is where we want your help. The NENA 2014 Conference Team is looking for session proposals in the following topic areas: Accessibility; Analytics & Big Data; Applications & Emerging Technologies; Databases & Data Management; Funding, Regulation, Policy, & Governance; GIS; Interpersonal Issues, Stress, & Morale; Leadership & Management; Next Generation 9-1-1; Personal & Professional Development; Preparedness & Contingency Planning; PSAP Training; Public Education & Outreach; Social Networking & Media; Staffing & Consolidation; Telecommunicator Issues; and Text Messaging.

Please remember that sessions should issue-focused, not product-focused (i.e. vendor-neutral or vendor-all-inclusive).

Submit your great ideas by October 18, 2013. The online submission form for session abstracts is available at www.nena.org/nena2014/cfp. You can email Chris Nussman with any questions you may have.
