The NENA Publications Committee is seeking submissions for publication consideration on PSAP HR issues (e.g. stress, management/leadership, staffing, scheduling, generational differences).
Manuscripts should not exceed 20 double-spaced pages and should follow current American Psychological Association (APA) style. Further instructions for authors can be found by clicking here.
Manuscripts may be submitted electronically; send the document as an email attachment to NENA Education Programs Manager Chris Nussman for consideration. The submission deadline is September 14, 2012.
