Helping Hands Award

NBMBAA® Board Member and Vice President Global Inclusion and Staffing, for General Mills, Inc., Kenneth Allen Charles presented the Helping Hands Award, which is given to an individual or organization that has truly exceeded expectations in their service to the NBMBAA.

The 2016 Helping Hands Award winner is Dorothy "Dee"Williams.

She has served as an advocate on behalf of the NBMBAA at Fiat Chrysler Automobile LLC for more than 25 years. Charles said, "Dee has worked tirelessly to ensure FCA remains as the presenting sponsor of the NBMBAA Graduate Case Competition. She is a leading example of the many advocates the association has within the internal walls of our corporate partners, and we are grateful for her belief in and commitment to NBMBAA."
