Hank Berkowitz
Hank has more than 15 years of experience as an online editor, publisher and content strategist. Prior to joining Naylor, Hank co-founded and ran day-to-day operations of the CPA InsiderT e-newsletter group at the 365,000-member American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), one of the nation's 10 largest professional associations. Earlier he founded the SECrets e-newsletter group at EDGAR Online, Inc. (1.2 million weekly readers), and he has held editorial and management positions at CFO.com/Economist Group and CCH, a Wolters Kluwer Company.

Dana Plotke
Dana manages all corporate marketing and communications for Naylor and is responsible for launching Naylor's marketing services' division, the Association Marketing & Design (AMD) Group. In this role, Dana oversees the marketing, promotion and audience development for associations that are looking to grow revenue associated with membership, events, education and certifications.

Dana has spoken at national and regional association events on the topic of integrated marketing & communications and has more than 15 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, with a focus on association media and events since 2002.

Charles Popper
Charles has more than 15 years of B2B and consumer publishing experience. With the help of his team of 10 publishers, Charles is responsible for managing the business of Naylor's 500 association clients, ensuring that their communication and non-dues revenue goals are met, while continuing to grow business through online, print and event products and services. Charles rose through the Naylor ranks from advertising sales to trainer for Naylor's advertising sales and publishing teams. In addition to his work with Naylor, Charles has also held management and publishing positions at a variety of consumer publications.

Ruth Rasche
Ruth is an award-winning editor and writer with more than 20 years of professional experience in journalism and publication management. As director of editorial services for Naylor, Ruth oversees more than 25 editors in Canada and the United States. Prior to joining Naylor in 1997, Ruth was a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel and senior writer for news and public affairs for the University of Florida.

Marcus Underwood
Marcus joined Naylor in January 2007, as our first senior executive devoted entirely to Electronic Media, a role he is uniquely qualified for. Under his leadership, NaylorNet has risen to be one of the leading suppliers of online communication products for the association marketplace. Prior to this, he was with Thomson Healthcare, a leading business-to-business media company focused on the pharmaceutical and healthcare market. Dating back to 1994, Marcus has worked in a variety of media and online initiatives, licensing, and business acquisitions. Most recently he was President of Thomson's American Health Consultants division.
