Joining the LonMark Board representing members in the Americas region is Colin Parker, ACME Consulting Ltd. In his 34 year career in mechanical, automation and controls, Colin has focused the last ten years on project management, continuous improvement for HVAC systems, open specifications and standards for energy efficient buildings and control networking. Colin has extensive experience in the specification of mechanical systems, and integration of open, multi-vendor building control systems. He supports various business units at Suncor Energy Inc. to implement solutions for mechanical equipment and systems based upon open standards and industry best practices. Colin holds multiple trade certificates, journeymen plumber/gasfitter from NAIT Technical College, steamfitter/pipefitter from SAIT Technical College and Refrigeration/Air Conditioning from SAIT Technical College and project management certificate from NAIT Technical College. He is a member of LonMark and is member of the LonMark BAS Task Group.
