All ISTAT Americas 2014 attendees receive a discounted rate of $259/night at the San Diego Marriott & Marina. A limited number of discounted hotels rooms are available and must be booked prior to 21 February. After 21 February, accommodations and rates will be based upon hotel availability.
Special Events
In addition to the valuable education and networking provided at ISTAT Americas, attendees are invited to partake in several other activities. These events offer an opportunity to relax and network with other members within the aviation industry, outside the regularly scheduled event activities.
The Deal Zone
If you intend to arrange meetings with clients and contacts while in San Diego, let ISTAT help. The Deal Zone is a designated meeting space featuring multiple walled-off areas for privacy. Each is fully furnished with a table and chairs. The Deal Zone is the perfect place to conduct business at ISTAT Americas. Space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for Monday and Tuesday, and tables will be marked as "Reserved" specifically for you. Tables are $500/day and must be reserved in advance. Poker Tournament
ISTAT's 7th Annual Poker Tournament, sponsored by Jet Trading & Leasing, will be held Saturday, 15 March from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Conveniently located within the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina, guests can enjoy cocktails and heavy appetizers while trying their hand at the poker table. Registration for this event is $100.
Golf Tournament
The ISTAT Foundation Golf Tournament will be held Sunday, 16 March at Torrey Pines Golf Course with a 12:00 p.m. shotgun start. Lunch and transportation will be provided. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Torrey Pines Golf Course provides spectacular greens and breathtaking views. Registration for this event is $280. All net proceeds of the golf and poker tournaments benefit the ISTAT Foundation.
