This year, keynote speakers are:

Pat Sullivan
Pat Sullivan is a former University of St. Francis Men’s Head Basketball Coach.  Pat has been inducted into six halls of fame and received numerous accolades and coach of the year awards over 34 years.  He has dedicated his entire career to inspiring people, helping them to discover and capitalize on their personal strengths.  Pat has been speaking for over 30 years on attitude and leadership, having spoken to companies such as Nike and IBM. In his keynote address, Pat will ask two questions: How do I become a better leader? What is the first step in building effective teams that advance to the highest goals and aspirations for your organization?  He will discuss how to lead people, not by words, but by the inspiring way in which you conduct yourself and show up every day to listen, learn and grow.

Jarrett Payton
Jarrett Payton is the son of the late Walter Payton, former Chicago Bears running back and member of the NFL Hall of Fame. Jarrett's football career began at St. Viator High School and then to the University of Miami (Florida), where he played in five major bowl games in five years capped off in 2004 when Payton was named MVP of the Orange Bowl.

Payton went on to play in the NFL for two years with the Tennessee Titans and the Amsterdam Admirals in NFL Europe, winning the world bowl championship. He completed his career by playing in the CFL for the Montreal Alouettes and Toronto Argonauts then with his hometown team, the Chicago Slaughter of the Indoor Football League.

In his post-football career, Payton has hosted his own radio show, worked as an ESPN commentator, and launched Jarrett Payton All-American Wheat Ale, a beer brewed by Chicago-based Argus Brewery. He also focuses on motivational speaking engagements, appearances and tastings throughout Chicagoland. He currently hosts the "Jarrett, Harry & Spike Show" on WGN’s The Game 87.7 weekdays from 3 PM to 7 PM.

Payton dedicates time to The Walter & Connie Payton Foundation and his own organization, The Jarrett Payton Foundation, which was formed to implement anti-bullying messages and programs to increase awareness and encourage safe environments for our youth. Payton resides in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Trisha, and young son.
