NC3T is leading innovative college and career pathway efforts in both Pennsylvania and New York. The PA Pathways Innovation Network (PA PIN) and the NY Pathways Innovation Network (NY PIN) are partnerships of education leaders and employer organizations who are designing and implementing sustainable pathways systems with the support of NC3T and its Pathways System Framework.

Join NC3T's Kathy Schick as she facilitates a discussion with administrators from three PA PIN schools; each school will share a successful career exploration practice:
  • Souderton High School, a large suburban high school, will outline their highly successful student internship program.

  • Wallenpaupack Area High School, a combination high school and career and technical center, will provide an overview of the way they inspire freshmen parents to tune into the importance of their children's high school course selection.

  • Bucks County Technical High School, a comprehensive (full-time) career and technical center, will provide an overview of their 9th grade exploration program which offers students a chance to experience every program before making a selection.
In just 45 minutes, participants will be introduced to three career awareness practices that may be replicated to fit your school's needs.
