IIE Blog: Letter From Kuala Lumpur: What Binds Us Together

Dr. Allan Goodman, President of IIE, had the opportunity to attend a dinner hosted by the Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange for approximately 100 Fulbright U.S. English Teaching Assistants who would soon be returning to the U.S. after completing their programs. The Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program places recent college graduates and young professionals as English teaching assistants in primary and secondary schools or universities overseas. This program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and is administered by IIE.
