The webinar - The Postsecondary Success Collaborative (PSC): Partnerships to Increase College Enrollment and Success - is an opportunity to learn about PSC, a multi-sector partnership engaging schools, districts, and higher education and community partners which was piloted in three urban communities from 2008-2013. In particular, the panel will focus on the Postsecondary Success Asset Map (PSAM), a unique, research-based tool and approach used successfully by PSC public high schools and their partners in order to better align and leverage resources to increase college access and persistence for all students with  especially strong college enrollment and persistence increases for African American and Latino students compared with district averages.
