A recent article in University World News reports on Erasmus+, which entered into force on January 1, 2014. The new program budget is 40 percent greater than previous European exchange programs and includes several new approaches that "allow for significantly increased opportunities for students, academics, higher education institutions, enterprises and other academic and non-academic players."
