U.S. Department of State-sponsored International Fulbright Science & Technology (S&T) Fellows announce the launch of their online magazine, The Global Scientist.

This monthly magazine, edited by two Fulbright S&T Alumni, currently includes 11 articles covering multiple STEM disciplines.  Articles are composed for a range of audiences including scientists, policy makers, and the general public and are written and edited by Fulbright S&T Fellows and program alumni. 

The Fulbright S&T Fellows include 206 Ph.D.-level scientists from 77 different countries, who have pursued ground-breaking study and research at top scientific programs at 70 different universities across the United States since 2007.  The Fulbright Program, sponsored by the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is the U.S. government’s flagship international exchange program and is supported by the people of the United States and partner countries around the world. Since 1946, the Fulbright Program has provided more than 325,000 participants from over 155 countries with the opportunity to study, teach, conduct research, exchange ideas and contribute to finding solutions to shared international concerns.
