Just Released: Handbook on Protecting Education in Insecurity and Armed Conflict

Education Above All has just released a new handbook: Protecting Education in Insecurity and Armed Conflict. This handbook shows the breadth and depth of the extent to which situations of insecurity and armed conflict affect education. It examines three different regimes of international law: international human rights law (IHRL); international humanitarian law (IHL); and international criminal law (ICL) in relation to education.  The handbook illustrates how these three regimes of international law might be used to provide better protection from education-related violation.
