Seeking Expressions of Interest: Technical/Vocational Training and Higher Education in the Republic of Georgia

The Government of Georgia (GoG) is seeking Expressions of Interest from higher education institutions (HEIs) regarding proposed investments in technical/vocational and higher science, technology, and engineering education within the framework of developing a second grant with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). MCC is a U.S. Government economic development corporation created in 2004. The GoG intends to prepare and co-finance an investment package that addresses the following medium- and long-term objectives:

With these objectives in mind, the GoG and MCC are requesting information and Expressions of Interest from HEIs or consortia of HEIs including accredited universities, colleges, or private sector partners to deliver high-quality, English-language degree, certificate, and diploma level programs in Georgia. The GoG and MCC seek cost-effective and innovative delivery of training and education programs that meet the needs of the Georgian labor market.
