A new report published by the World Bank and entitled, Opportunities for Men and Women: Emerging Europe and Central Asia, examines changes in gender inequalities in Europe and Central Asia over the past ten years, focusing particularly on economic opportunities in labor markets and entrepreneurial activity. In addition, the report considers the changes in human capital endowments in these areas.
