Each year, the Fulbright FLTA Program facilitates programs on U.S. college and university campuses for 400+ young educators from all over the world. In the Fulbright FLTA Program, these educators act as teaching assistants in language programs. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and administered by IIE, the Fulbright FLTA Program has been designed to develop U.S. students’ knowledge of foreign cultures and languages while also providing an opportunity for grantees to develop their professional skills and a greater understanding of the United States. The Fulbright FLTA impact evaluation will allow program participants to provide in-depth feedback on their experience in the program and enable IIE to ascertain if program goals are being met.
