Mexico, U.S. Seek to Boost Student Exchanges

A recent article published by the Associated Press looks at the drop in Americans studying in Mexico in the past decade and highlights new initiatives to increase those numbers along with those in the rest of the region. "To have Americans growing up and know nothing about our Spanish-speaking citizens ... means that our education is incomplete," IIE President Allan Goodman said in an interview for the article. "Knowing Mexico to me is as important as taking another course in economics."
