Higher Education Hub Targets Universities in France, India, and the United Kingdom

Mauritius is striving to become Africa’s leading higher education hub, reports Karen MacGregor for University World News. "Mauritius is a democracy with political and social stability in a highly multi-cultural environment," writes MacGregor. "This, the government believes, makes Mauritius a natural bridge between African and European cultures, and between African and Eastern cultures."
