Similar to the Center for International Partnerships’ flagship International Academic Partnership Program, the Libya Special Partnership Initiative will select a small group of U.S. higher education institutions to participate in an accelerated strategic planning process for partnering with Libya. This program will include an accelerated strategic planning process, a capacity-building delegation to each focus country, informational webinars, and expert mentorship.
