Allama Iqbal Open University: Distance Education
The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad announces an open competition for a cooperative agreement to establish a University Partnership between an accredited college, university, or community college in the United States and Allama Iqbal Open University in the area of Distance Education. 

Allama Iqbal Open University places particular emphasis on the use of distance education in the Departments of Computer Science and Education. Accredited U.S. colleges and universities and community colleges meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to pursue institutional or departmental objectives in partnership with Allama Iqbal Open University.
