EducationUSA announces the upcoming conference, "EducationUSA Forum 2012." This conference will be hosted at The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center from June 27-29, 2012, with the purpose of enhancing the international student recruitment abilities of U.S. international admission and enrollment management professionals. While the focus will be on teaching at the university level, instruction at the primary and secondary level will also be incorporated.

This event, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State in partnership with the Institute of International Education, will hold workshop sessions presented by EducationUSA experts from around the world, U.S. higher education representatives, and government officials who will offer unique and valuable information. The workshop topics will include the following: promoting your institution in the global marketplace, recruiting strategies tailored to each world region, analyses of trends in international recruitment and retention, discussions about comprehensive internationalization, and advice from U.S. government officials on student visa issues.

This year’s Forum will include new workshops and components, including specialized tracks based on profession, region-specific sessions, extended foreign government scholarship information, and an extended Global Showcase.
