An article in the Daily Targum notes that the Center for Global Advancement and International Affairs at Rutgers University has just opened its newly renovated offices. This Center helps build the University’s global connections. In particular, it has a partnership with Brazil through the Science Without Borders program; through this program, the Brazilian government offers 100,000 scholarships to fully fund undergraduate students studying science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to go abroad. In addition, the Center works "with the Institute of International Education to establish international partnerships with India and Brazil along with World Learning to bring students from South Asia and the Middle East to the University."
