IIENetworker Magazine: Initiating and Sustaining University-Wide COIL Programs: Steps to Success

In the Fall 2016 issue of the IIENetworker magazine, Natalia Dyba, Keiko Ikeda, and Jon Rubin share steps and best practices for those looking to bring virtual exchange programs, here referred to as Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) to their campuses.
