In the recent IIENetworker magazine, Jane Knight examines the contribution that higher education can make in modern diplomacy and the potential for knowledge diplomacy. "If diplomacy essentially means ‘building and managing relations between and among countries’," writes Knight, "then knowledge diplomacy involves the ‘contribution that education and knowledge creation, sharing, and us makes to international relations and engagement’."
