On April 1, the International Carwash Association proudly recognized car wash industry pioneer Leo Rousseau and inducted him into the Car Wash Hall of Fame. He received the honor posthumously in recognition of his place in history as the father of the first automated car wash machine, the ‘Minit Man.’ The award was presented by ICA Board President Gary Dennis at The Car Wash Show™ 2014 in Chicago.

The New Image Car Wash on 1st Street in Idaho Falls was recently purchased from Cardon's Car Wash. The new owners are extending the car wash by 25 feet, decking the walls with PVC paneling and even replacing the types of material they use to wash cars.
