New business models are focused on more than just showing off the latest electric car models. Now, they’re doubling down on self-driving, connected cars that can send reams of data to marketers on where consumers are going and what they’re doing.
As they do each year, federal forecasters Thursday issued their official winter weather predictions. A dry, mild winter is likely across most of the southern tier of the U.S., meteorologists at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Climate Prediction Center said. However, parts of the northern tier of the nation could get walloped by a colder and wetter winter, they said.
Beginning with only two corporately owned washes in the beginning of 2016, the franchise has now grown to five operational sites located in Michigan, California, Kansas, and Missouri with a sixth opening in early 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.
