FOR OPERATORS

FOR VENDOR CEOs

Simply put, it's about better business. Instead of focusing on the details of washing cars, this car wash operator program focuses on the higher level concepts necessary to enhance your car wash business.

Learn how to take your car wash to the next level with top tier speaker programs and networking opportunities with your fellow car wash owners and operators.

This exclusive summit is available only to C-level leaders of ICA member vendor companies. Car wash industry vendors at this program see top-tier speakers on a variety of important business topics and have in-depth networking opportunities.

Convenience Store and Fuel News "Since many of the car wash complaints come from grit-related paint marring, particularly of black cars, handling the issue can improve both your process and profits," said Dan Pecora, owner of Erie Brush & Manufacturing. "Solving the grit problem can cost just pennies per car and, at the same time, retain clients who may be worth $10,000 in lifetime business." The problem with cleaning black cars is often caused by the grit stuck in the stiffer, harsher cleaning brushes used at some self-serve and conveyor car washes. The solution is to use softer brush filaments and better lubrication, which together will help release grit.

Car Wash Insurance Program In my many years surveying car wash operations, I have found that several operators fail to provide formal training for ladder safety. I believe that many feel it is too basic of a subject and not worth the time and effort. Ladder safety is a simple issue that can turn serious very quickly if it is not addressed correctly.
