Many of us in the hospitality industry manage a passionate team of people who make it a top priority to put your hotel, resort, or conference center at the forefront of quality, and customer service. Meetings, large and small, are important to each industry. It is a place for us all to gather, get face-time with other industry executives, network, educate, and learn about new technologies, best practices, and tips to improve whatever industry we work in.

The 2015 Green Key members' survey is being undertaken with the aim of understanding your motivations and needs so that we may be able to serve you better.

This year, we have agreed to send out a study on behalf of Professor Rachel Dodds from Ryerson University who is examining green marketing practices within hotels.

The purpose of this research is to determine what extent hotels market their sustainability activities and whether hotels that showcase sustainability practices see any advantage from this marketing. This research also investigates to what degree sustainability practices are undertaken in perceived ‘green hotels’.

The survey will take approximately 7 minutes to complete.
