Learn & Connect

Together, HR and Leadership can breathe new life into any organization, so HRMAM is gathering people, ideas and tools that will infuse work life with freshness, value and meaning.

Connecting to the pulse of business means tapping into people's real motivations: supporting cultures where great ideas thrive; creating experiences that customers love; and finding all the ways that 'soft' influences align with 'hard' performance indicators.

On October 29 & 30, HR professionals from around Manitoba will gather together at Connect 2014: Pulse to share information, learn new ideas and trends, network and be inspired.

The HR Excellence Awards include two types of awards - Business Excellence Awards and Professional Excellence Awards.  The Business Excellence Awards include eight categories which align with the key professional practices of Human Resource Professionals, while the four Professional Excellence Awards are designed to recognize specific individuals for their unique contributions.

HRMAM encourages organizations and individuals to nominate themselves or others for an HR Excellence Award by submitting an application to the HRMAM office.
