As this is a departure from the former points system, it's beneficial to understand the new reporting requirements. Designed to showcase outstanding Human Resource achievements in Manitoba, HRMAM's Excellence in Leadership Awards honour employers and individuals who are leaders in diversity, development, impact and innovation.

The HRMAM Excellence in Leadership Awards includes two types of awards - Organizational Awards and Individual Awards. The Organizational Awards include eight categories which align with the key professional practices of Human Resource Professionals while the four individual awards are designed to recognize specific individuals for their unique contributions.

HRMAM encourages organizations and individuals to nominate themselves or others for an Excellence in Leadership Award by submitting an application to the HRMAM office.
